  • Usage Rights
    - Artwork is for personal use only.
    - No resale, redistribution, commercial use, NFT minting, or AI training.
    - Commercial rights must be discussed separately.

  • Payment
    - 50% upfront payment required before work begins.
    - Remaining 50% due after sketch approval and before final delivery (if chosen to do a delivery).
    - Deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

  • Revisions
    - Minor revisions allowed during sketch/lineart phase.
    - Major changes after approval may incur additional fees.

  • Delivery
    - Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file.
    - Physical artwork remains property of the artist unless otherwise agreed.

  • Artist Rights
    - I retain full copyright to the artwork.
    - I may post the artwork on my social media/portfolio unless requested otherwise.

  • Conduct
    - I may decline any request.
    - Please credit me if posting online.
